MacSchema PLAN
CAD for electrical installation plans and circuit diagrams

For the electro engineer
The CAD software MacSchema Plan is designed for drawings in the field of electrical engineering. The electrical components are automatically identified, cross-references and contact connections are automatically registered and the terminal or cable names can be automatically numbered. If you move any component or change the page number, any markings and cross-references update automatically.

MacSchema is well equipped for any kind of installation plans and scheme. You can open a floor plan, provided by architects in DXF or PDF format and you will be enabled to complement this and create layers providing the electrical installations. With the Curves tool, the electrical connections become registered. Done! The drawing can now given away again as a DXF or PDF export.

But that`s not all!
MacSchema will automatically generate a device list and parts list. The parts list is automatically populated with data from an article database. The lists can be printed or saved as a text file (.txt). From the list of devices you can directly create labels to print for each specific device.

MacScheme PLAN is a tool for the electrician, who has to create switching- and installation plans and who also knows which devices are needed. With the many automatic functions MacSchema offers, you will be supported actively and intelligent.

Of course you can also easily create principle schemes for example in the area of HLK. There are all necessary symbol libraries available.

MacSchema PRO
Professional electrical CAD / CAE for circuit diagrams plans including component lists

For the professional electrical engineer
Die CAD software MacSchema Pro is specifically designed for creation of circuit diagrams. The PRO version allows schemata with up to 999 sheets. The management of the schematic drawings is done by the system itself. This means you can delete complete parts of sheets or move them and the the program will automatically assume all the adjustments and changes.

When drawing the wiring diagrams you will be supported by all kinds of automatic functions (as described for the PLAN version). This way you can fully concentrate on the development of the circuits etc.. By working with intelligent MacSchema templates, the burden once again is significantly reduced.
But the PRO version offers even more: You can easily define lists for the sheets index, for used devices, terminal plans and the cable connections or even for the SPS inputs and outputs. All these lists are generated automatically from the schema data and changes are automatically adjusted.

The data of the lists can be completed or manually changed in separate list panels. The terminal plan will be automatically calculated and from these data will be also generated the cable list.
With DXF and PDF Import/Export any exchange of data is guaranteed.
