All offered software comes with a localized online help and in some cases additional printable documentation.
If any problems occur during the first steps with your new software, the online help and documentation should be consulted first to find a quick solution.
Anyway, if you cannot find the answer for you question there, please do not hesitate to contact us. Especially bug reports and suggestions are highly appreciated to make our products even better.
In these cases please send information about MacOS version, software version and  if possible a screenshot to illustrate the problem.
